The Dena Indigenous Film Celebration is an annual event held in conjunction with the Festival of Native Arts. I serve as the faculty advisor to the film festival in Fairbanks, and help curate, license, and manage the film festival activities along with Alaska Native students. The festival began in 2010 and features films about and by Alaska Native people.
